target memory provides a controlled PCI target address space. The user has
the unique capability of specifying the address window, address space,
data type and target response. The target memory can be examined, modified
and used as data for the Master functions. |

configuration space. An address window defines the start and end of the
PCI address space. Data transfer size is also programmable. |
